Yoga @Fulham Beach Club

Join us this summer for Yoga on the Beach; an energising 75-minute class every weekend paired with beachside beats.

Set on Fulham’s very own beach, you’ll be surrounded by palm trees, beach huts and the sounds of the River Thames gliding past.

What better way to get up and flow on a Saturday morning!?

Led by Cassie McClements of the Pop Up Yoga Club.  It's time to experience yoga in a totally unique location and get stretchy in the sand, because what’s more grounding than sand between your toes!

Why pick sand over studio?

Practising yoga on a sandy beach strengthens the muscles of feet, hips, knees and shoulder joints. An unstable surface forces the body to micro-adjust in order to maintain the posture. This means using more muscles that we don't normally use, working extra hard to get your body beach-ready this summer. Balancing poses are more challenging, but also more fun!

Keep an eye out for our ‘destination days’ as we transport our guests to the best beaches from around the world with our themed classes such as... Bali Beach Yoga!
