The team were always around and made sure everything was running smoothly. Big shout out to Eyob who was constantly checking to see if we needed anything.

Our team absolutely loved the venue and had a wonderful evening.

It all went really well, you really looked after us from arrival to departure. I think we managed to use all the pre-paid drinks and even had some to share out for the last couple of hours (from the door) which was great they remembered to come to find me and pass on. It was very much appreciated.

You looked after Louise (who is the UK MD) with vegetarian food as well and all looked and tasted great. The only thing that we didn’t make the most of was the marshmallows as it was outside and it was very cold so not too many of us ventured out.

Everyone I spoke to had a great night and definitely thought it was great venue!

Thank you so much for all your help, you are amazing and we are so grateful for all your flexibility.

It has been a great pleasure working with you and the team, you could set an example for many other venues!

The venue was gorgeous and everyone had a wonderful time. Thank you for being so patient with us and so unbelievably helpful. We were so happy with how it went, and even a little snow couldn’t  dampen our spirits and only made the venue look more Christmassy.

We have had great feedback on the quality and taste on the food! The only bit of feedback is that delegates would have liked more veggie options. The venue looks amazing – especially when the light went outside, it was a great atmosphere. 

A specific shout out to Mark – who was absolutely amazing onsite, he is a real asset to the venue. He went out of his way to track food, drinks and was very much a ‘can do’ man when it came to our on the job feedback and requirements.

Overall, we had a very positive experience; especially on site and we wanted to say thank you! Delegate feedback has been great, and an exciting experience had by all.
